The 30 day challenge for me was life changing. It allowed me to unlearn bad habits and relearn good or proper habits. It was not only about mental health but, the activities caused me to engage my physical health. The challenges also boost my self confidence, self esteem and self worth. The daily challenges were timely, workable and unearth things that were buried deeply, hence, I had to confront my hurt, fears in order to become a better individual and a better version of myself.
