10 reasons you need to eat more raw food

Posted on June 21, 2016September 7, 2019 by Teddy Jones

It’s quite evident that summer is now here, so it’s all about living it up,  looking “turnt up” by staying in shape, striving to achieve the ‘ideal’ summer body (whatever that is) and all that because you want to be “feeling yourself”.

So now you’re wondering hmmm how raw food fits in.  Will it give my body what it needs to make me feel good?  Will I lose weight? Can I afford it?

To answer your questions, yes! Eating raw food can bring out a better part of you that you didn’t even know existed. Here are ten (10) reasons you would or should try the raw food lifestyle:

  1. Strengthening the immune system

Eating more unprocessed and uncooked food such as fruits and vegetables gives our body more enzymes and nutrients it needs to function such as to walk, talk, and breathe and to move on a daily basis.

  1. Improve Health and Wellbeing

When you eat a raw and living food diet, you are feeding your body and your cells with live foods that are filled with vitamins, minerals, enzymes which not only makes you feel good but you look great.

  1. Reverse the signs of Aging

These entire make up companies makes billion a year, because they have convinced us that they have created products to make us look younger but wouldn’t you rather try a natural alternative that doesn’t give you a temporary solution but one that is permanent? Think about it.

  1. Relief from Ailments and Diseases

Consuming a lot of fast food and alcohol at times isn’t helping us in the long or short run despite how it tastes, we have to find a  balance to lean towards food which allows the body to function normally instead of clogging/blocking it up.

  1. Weight Loss

For all the persons unable to find a plan that works, I suggest start eating raw foods such as nuts, fruits etc and see how quickly the pounds shed.

  1. Balances hormones and increase sex drive

When the body receives all the necessary nutrients and vitamins, hormones function properly thus leading to an increase sex drive with this new found energy given by the raw foods.

  1. More alert and vibrant

With this new found energy, one doesn’t have to feel weighed down and pressured but they begin to approach the day feeling positive, vivacious and confident.

  1. Improved state of mind and clarity

Persons will be able to stay focused longer and be able to think consciously and rationally when making decisions and living their lives.

  1. It saves time and money

Other plans can be so costly and yet yields no result but with raw foods it’s easily accessible and affordable. Who can argue when we get to save some money for a rainy day or vacation (especially vacation)?

  1. You feel GOOD

Nothing beats when a person is healthy and looking good to the point they are even glowing and that’s what raw food does, it allows us to satisfy our hunger without feeling guilty or worried about damaging our bodies.

Before you pick up that sugary snack just think, do I love myself enough to live a healthy lifestyle? I believe you do so give raw foods a chance, and watch the transformation into a Better YOU.
